I have been wanting to do a post for a long time about the cute little town of Green Mountain Falls, CO. Today the Gazette put out a great article about the mountain town with a little bit of its history (see link below):
I love to go and drive the steep, mountainside streets of this area to dream about owning a little chalet there! Here are some of my favorite little cottages there, including the links if they are Air BNB properties:

There's a small community lake in town, a few restaurants and shops, a big park, and tons of charming cottages!

Green Box Art is a huge player in the arts community in Green Mountain Falls. They have an arts festival every summer which includes really cool art installations. Here is an audio tour about the historic homes in GMF - something they put together:
