Managing Broker and Mentee Support

Your Castle offers a mentor program for agents who have been licensed for less than two years. Each agent is unique, so your agreement and relationship with your mentor - one of our managing brokers with at least 15 years of real estate experience - is tailored to you. Our MBs are not limited to mentees. They are always around to answer any questions or resolve issues for our veteran agents too.

Marketing Team and In-House Print Shop

Your Castle We do it differently at Your Castle. Instead of relying exclusively on some cookie cutter software to make your marketing, we have graphic designers on salary to produce all the marketing items you may need. You dream it up, and we’ll create it for you to your specifications. Need something printed? No problem. We have two giant industrial printers, a poster printer, a Duplo cutter, and a professional print coordinator to run it all. We also partner with the best local vendors for sign printing, storage, and valet, as well as a mail vendor to help with your farming campaigns.

Relocation Department

We have a full-service relocation and referral department that provides a variety of lead opportunities for Your Castle agents. From high-caliber commercial relocation to smaller consumer deals, our relocation team can help you work through the steps needed for a successful relocation deal or to find an out-of-state resource for you and your clients.

Training Classes

We believe in sharing our knowledge, so many of our classes are free to our agents and to their clients. We also offer many specialty and CE training couses including Running Start, Tom Ferry, and Ascent.
