Fed Increased Rates (Friday Flash)

Dated: November 4 2022

The Fed increased interest rates again yesterday... but wait - It's not all bad news.

The Fed did hint at the fact that they may be discussing slowing down the pace that they are increasing interest rates, in the next meeting or two. This is encouraging as many believe that the rise in rates has helped, and is continuing to help combat inflation. If they continue to see a slowdown in inflation, the rise in interest rates may come to an end.

When will that happen? Many are speculating that Spring of 2023 may be the time when we see rates begin to level out, but it's all speculation at this point. All we can guarantee is that we will continue to track and report what we see. This not only goes for interest rates but for Denver Real Estate updates as well.
