About Chuck

Chuck Roosevelt is a native of Colorado and has lived in Denver his entire life with the exception of 1986 to 1992 when he was living in New York City and working on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange as a trader. Upon his return to Denver, he started investing in Real Estate. Purchasing raw land and developing and office warehouse project in Elizabeth, Colorado. Purchasing duplex rentals in the Washington Park area and then building a shopping center in Boulder Colorado in 2001. Chuck started investing in Real Estate in the Denver area in 1995. He is a commercial property owner and manager. As real estate investor Chuck has been helping clients realize their income goals through real estate investenting from the start of his career. Chuck specializes in Commercial property and investment property brokerage, ranging from residential rentals to triple net commercial acquisitions all across the country. Chuck graduated from the University of Colorado in 1986 with a BA in Economics. Chuck is an award winning brew master, winning a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 1998 and 2000 for his India Pale Ale and Brown Ale respectively. Chuck has summited all of Colorado’s 14ers, Mt Rainer, and Cotopaxi in Ecuador. Chuck is an avid gardener, cactus lover, tennis player, skier and cyclist. Chuck is passionate about real estate and real estate investing and doing the best job he can for his clients.
