Bill Fung is a full-time REALTOR® with Your Castle Real Estate, serving the Southeast Denver Metro area since 1990, including Aurora, Centennial, and Parker. With over 35 years of experience and an estimated 500+ transactions, he helps homeowners make smart, well-timed real estate moves — especially when buying and selling at the same time.

Bill came to the United States as a child from the former British Crown Colony of Hong Kong to see what snow looked like… and decades later, he’s still here helping people navigate some of life’s biggest financial decisions.

Many of Bill’s clients are going through major life transitions — upsizing, downsizing, or repositioning — and often need to coordinate both sides of a move. He specializes in helping clients think through timing, pricing, and strategy so they don’t make expensive mistakes when multiple moving pieces are involved. His core clients include move-up buyers, downsizers, and homeowners in the $900K–$2.3M range, including golf course communities like Blackstone, Heritage Eagle Bend, and Saddle Rock.

His path into real estate wasn’t traditional.

As a kid working in his father’s Chinese restaurant, Bill chose pizza and spaghetti so often his parents considered sending him back to Hong Kong. For a while, he thought he might be Italian. In school, expectations were low — but after multiple rejections, he was accepted to Georgetown University, surprising just about everyone.

He later spent 10 years in New York City working in the restaurant business, including Windows on the World at the World Trade Center and Sardi’s in the theater district, where he developed the service mindset and attention to detail that still define his work today.

Since moving to Colorado in the late 1980s, Bill has built a referral-based business grounded in trust, consistency, and long-term relationships. He has earned the Denver 5280 Five Star Real Estate Agent award for 16 years and ranks in the top 15% of agents within his brokerage.
